Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our products are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Gaurish has a no return policy due to hygiene and safety issues, with the exception of defective items.
CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING
Our order cancellation policy is designed to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via email at gaurishbyashna@gmail.com, with your order number or you can cancel the order on the website using the link provided in the order confirmation email. We cannot cancel or change an order after it has been shipped.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Exchange or Refund will be offered if the product reaches you with a genuine defect in manufacturing or quality. In case eligible for exchange, please send us the picture of the product, order number, delivery address, and the reason for exchange (whether product defect or incorrect product received), at gaurishbyashna@gmail.com, within 48 hours of delivery of the product. The policy does not apply if the request is received after 48 hours of product delivery. All products must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging. If the product is not in its original condition, and found to be defective, we reserve the right to refuse to return the product, if it’s not due to our error.
In case the delivery was failed due to refusal of the package by the recipient, three failed delivery attempts by the shipping partner or there
were incorrect or incomplete address details provided, the order would not be eligible for refunds.
For the case of defective products, we will try to exchange the same product or offer a refund or offer another product of the same value within 10-15 working days from the date of pick-up from your address.
